Temporary password change

Through this page you can reset your password

ATTENTION! Follow this manual step by step.
(This manual remains open in the tab.)

Step 1

Klik hier to go to password reset page.
Select “One-time password (given by information point)”.
Enter at “Central user account” your login name, for example:
• Students: 123456
• Staff: abc01
• Externals: ext1234567

Enter at “Enter the security code” the code that is displayed.
Caution!!
The Security code is case-sensitive.
If you can't read it, click on “Generate another code”.

Click on “Continue” to continue.

Step 2

Now open your private e-mail program.
Open the message you received from Saxion Identity Manager.

Copy the one-time password.

Step 3

In the "Passcode" field, paste the one-time password copied in step 4.

Click on "Continue" to continue.

Step 4

You will now receive a confirmation that you want to change the password.

Click on "Next" to continue.

Step 5

Click on "Password requirements" to see what the password must comply with.

Enter the new password under "New password". Confirm the new password again under "Repeat the password".

Click on "Next" to continue

Step 6

If you receive the message "The changes have been saved successfully", your password has been successfully changed. Click on "Log out" to finish.
