Change password

On this page you can change your password

ATTENTION! Follow this manual step by step.
(This manual remains open in the tab.)

Step 1

Click here to go to password reset page.
Select “Login with your current password”.
Enter at “Central user account” your login name, for example:
• Students: 123456
• Staff: abc01
• Externals: ext1234567

Enter at “Enter the security code” the code that is displayed.
Caution!!
The Security code is case-sensitive.
If you can't read it, click on “Generate another code”.

Click on “Continue” to continue.

Step 2

Enter your existing login details now.

In the left field your login name is already filled in.
In the right field you enter your existing (old) password.

Click on "Login" to continue.

Step 3

Click on "Next" to continue.

Step 4

Click on "Password requirements" to see what the password must comply with.

Enter the “new password” under "New password". Confirm the new password again under "Repeat the password".

Click on "Next" to continue.

Step 5

If you receive the message "The changes have been successfully saved", your password has been successfully changed.

Click on "Log out" to finish
